This document is being finalised with legal review. The summary below reflects how the product works today and what we hold ourselves to in the meantime.
In the meantime
We are preparing full terms of service. Until they are published, the commitments below are the ones we consider binding on us.
- Your price is locked: we do not raise the rate on an existing subscription, and we do not retire the plan underneath you.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and ask for a refund, we refund that payment in full. No forms, no questions, no conditions on how much you used it.
- Your data is yours. You can export your bookings at any time, and we will help you migrate away if you choose to.
- Bookings taken through your facility are a contract between you and your customer; we provide the software that records them.
